The site and Insights are provided as-is. No warranty of uninterrupted access or completeness.
08Liability
No indirect or consequential loss; no loss from reliance on Insights. Where liability cannot be excluded, the cap is fees paid to us in the prior 12 months (usually nil for site visitors).
