Approach.

One mandate. Held for the long term.

01

Conversation

Every engagement begins with a direct conversation. You describe the mandate; we say plainly whether it sits within our practice, and what we would need to see.

02

Scope

If it does, the engagement goes in writing: objectives, deliverables, timing and fees. A defined scope, agreed before work begins.

03

Structure

We design what the mandate needs: vehicles, governance, banking and substance that regulators and counterparties will recognise.

04

Execution

We execute our scope directly — filings, accounts, introductions — and coordinate the other advisers around it, so the plan on paper becomes the position on the ground.

05

Retained adviser

Most clients keep us on. The structure is maintained, the filings run on calendar, and there is a senior line to call before the next decision.
